My name is Andy Hilton and I live in beautiful rural Cumbria.

I am a professional life coach and hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy - Europe's largest coach training body.  The Coaching Academy training course is accredited by the Open College Network.

I offer coaching, training and support for individuals and businesses and specialise in coaching people to align their personal and business lives.  I have a particular passion for supporting people with a disability or long-term health condition to help them fully integrate into the workplace and life in general.

I am Chair of the Cumbria Coaching Network - a group of people with a professional or personal interest in coaching who live in or around Cumbria.

Before coming to coaching I spent a large part of my working life in industry  including  positions with Sales, Technical and Quality management responsibility.  I have also worked in community education and in the voluntary sector.

I hold a B.Sc. degree in Physics from Durham University and am a Chartered Electrical Engineer.
