Recent Projects
The following are projects that we have recently been involved with and will give you an idea of the work that we do:
Leadership development for disabled workers within the Commission for Social Care Inspection. The CSCI commissioned a leadership development programme for a number of their disabled workers to help ensure that their disability was not holding them back from their full potential. Result Coaching was engaged to provide individual coaching for some of those employees to help them expolore their personal barriers and fully integrate the learning from the training element of the programme.
Training in coaching skills with MIND. The mental health support organisation MIND recognised that basic coaching skills would help to improve the communicaiton between the staff and volunteers of MIND and their service users. Result Coaching was engaged to provide training in coaching skills to the MIND staff and volunteers.
Personal development coaching for people living with HIV / AIDS. Working alongside Crusaid, Result Coaching secured a grant from the Elton John AIDS Foundation to deliver individual coaching to help support older and isolated people who are living with HIV/AIDS.
