    Testimonial

Here at Carlisle Mind we pride ourselves on the quality of support and training we provide for our volunteer mental health workers.

I was keen to afford our volunteers the chance to gain some basic coaching skills and felt that Andy had the expertise to deliver such training.

Andy prepared and delivered a 3 part course for our volunteers entitled ‘Simple Coaching Techniques.’

14 of our volunteers attended the course, we had a zero drop out rate, and every attendee reported that they had benefited from attending. The majority of people felt that the course content and delivery was either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent.’

Those people who were more specific in their comments noted Andy’s ‘guidance and patience’, one person said that he was ‘brilliant with mentoring’ and another reported that the course had made a vast difference to her life.

    Facilitation

Having an external facilitator can be very beneficial to ensure a positive outcome from an important meeting.  An external facilitator can help ensure a structured event with clear aims, process and outcomes. A good facilitator can help ensure that you set exciting but realistic goals with a clear plan to achieve them.

Please contact us if we could help with facilitating within your organisation.
